
Order Cancellations
According to the Office of Fair Trading, under the Distance Selling Regulations (UK) you are entitled to cancel your order of any item purchased from Love Moda for a full refund, inclusive of the delivery charge.
If you wish to cancel your order, you must inform us in writing within 7 days from the day after you receive the item, quoting your order number to Customer Services.
If you do wish to cancel your order, please be aware that you will be responsible for returning the item to us at your cost.

Returns and Exchanges
We always hope that you are satisfied with the purchases you’ve made with us, but if you are not, then please ensure the item is returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure that goods returned to us are in its original condition, i.e. in a re-saleable condition*.
We will issue you a full refund for the item (excluding original delivery cost) or provide an exchange/replacement of goods as requested. Refunds will be issued on receipt of the return via the original payment method. Please allow approximately 3 days for the refund to appear in your account.
Please note the following points:
- Returning the item is your responsibility until we receive it. For this reason it is advised that you obtain a ‘Certificate of Posting’ and ensure that the goods will be insured to the same value, for your own protection
- Goods are returned at your own cost
*It is important to adhere to the following guidelines:
- When trying the items, please do not wear perfume or deodorants which could leave a scent or mark the clothing
- Item must be returned in its original packaging with the enclosed documentation and sealed appropriately
Failure to meet these conditions could result with us being unable to accept the return.

Returning Faulty Goods
We always endeavour to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition but if you find any genuine fault with your item, please contact our Customer Services department either using Live Chat or email, quoting your order number, name, address, details of the faulty item and reason for return. Please also state whether you would like a refund or replacement and we will then advise you on how to proceed with your return.
Exchanges
We would be happy to exchange your item if you so wish. There will be an Exchange Form enclosed with your order, which will need to be completed and sent back with your return. If there is any refund or extra payment required, this will be made via the original payment method. In sending your exchanged item to you, there will be no charge for delivery.
